To access certain features, such as booking appointments, you must register and maintain an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
Appointments can be scheduled through the app and confirmed based on available time slots. Payments may be made via the in-app wallet or other supported methods. Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the specific salon or spa policies, which will be presented during the booking process.

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the service provider. Users must review and agree to these policies before confirming bookings. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the provider’s terms.
All content within the app—including text, images, branding, and software—is owned or licensed by Combdesk. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Combdesk is not liable for any issues or damages arising from service provider performance, delays, or your use of (or inability to use) the app. This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of the app is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated through the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
