Subscription Refunds
- Refunds for subscription plans (Standard, Premium, Enterprise) are handled according to the terms of your subscription.
- If you cancel a subscription within the trial or refund period (if applicable), any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- No partial refunds are provided for periods already used unless explicitly stated in the plan terms.
Service Booking Refunds
- Refunds for services booked through Combdesk are subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the respective service provider.
- Users should review the provider’s policy carefully before confirming any booking.
- Combdesk is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with the service itself; all refund requests must be submitted through the service provider.
